Use the refill form above with your prescription number, or email a photo of your prescription to care@medivancepharma.com. A pharmacist verifies every prescription before dispatch, usually within the hour.
Standard delivery is $4.90 and free on all orders over $200. Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day, and most arrive within 2–4 working days with live tracking.
Yes. We source only from licensed distributors, store everything to label conditions, track batches end to end, and a pharmacist checks every order before it leaves our dispensary.
Unopened over-the-counter items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For safety reasons, dispensed prescription medicines cannot be restocked, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect we replace or refund it immediately.
We accept all major cards, PayPal and Stripe through our encrypted checkout. Card details never touch our servers — payment is processed by our certified gateway.
